Sr. Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join a hybrid team, supporting technology-focused recruitment initiatives. This permanent role is centered on identifying high-caliber talent, guiding clients through effective recruitment strategies, and delivering an excellent experience for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. The position is ideal for someone who combines strong sourcing skills with a consultative mindset and a solid understanding of the technical talent market.

Responsibilities

Build pipelines of experienced technology professionals using a mix of sourcing channels, including recruiter platforms, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Manage full-cycle recruitment for contract, contract-to-permanent, and direct-placement openings across a range of IT disciplines such as infrastructure, support, systems, networking, security, software, QA, and web development. Conduct candidate evaluations through screening and interviews to assess technical alignment, experience, and overall fit for client needs.

Partner with stakeholders to clarify role expectations, refine job requirements, and create an effective strategy from intake through successful placement. Maintain consistent communication with placed consultants and candidates to support engagement and address questions after onboarding. Advise clients on approaches to attract, secure, and onboard sought-after technical talent in competitive markets. Share insights on recruitment activity, compensation benchmarks, and regional talent trends to help clients make informed recruitment decisions.

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, or account management. At least 1 year of recruiting experience in technical, corporate, agency, HR, or talent acquisition environments. Bachelor's degree required. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build credibility with candidates and clients. Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and staffing processes. Interest in the technology sector, with prior exposure to IT services, technical recruiting, or related solutions viewed favorably.

Proficiency using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, online job boards, and other talent search methods. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.
