Job Description




A business services organization in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Market Transaction Specialist/Utility Billing Systems Analyst to support utilities-related market operations and transaction workflows in a collaborative, on-site environment.


About the Opportunity:




  • Schedule: Monday to Friday




  • Setting: Hybrid (at least 4 days a week onsite)




Responsibilities:




  • Support market transaction activities and related workflow processing within a utility environment




  • Manage service order and deregulation tasks accurately and efficiently




  • Work with functional teams to coordinate operational needs across Opex and Capex projects




  • Monitor and support 867 transaction workflows and related TDSP processes




  • Contribute to market operations by applying utility and CIS knowledge to day-to-day work




Qualifications:




  • Experience with service order processing and deregulation in a utilities environment




  • Background in utility CIS systems




  • Experience with market transactions and 867 workflows within a TDSP




  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams




  • Ability to work onsite in Dallas on a recurring weekly basis




Desired Skills:




  • Experience with CC&B, C2M, or Oracle FSM




  • Knowledge of Texas deregulation market processes and market flows




  • Previous experience supporting utility market operations
