Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain / Subcontracts leader to drive strategic sourcing, supplier management, program execution, and supply chain performance across complex aerospace and defense programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain and acquisition activities from proposal through program execution.
• Develop strategic sourcing strategies aligned with business and program objectives.
• Manage supplier performance, cost, schedule, quality, and delivery.
• Lead complex subcontracts, supplier negotiations, and contractual activities.
• Partner with Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, schedules, and performance reporting.
• Drive supply chain transformation, process improvements, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Assess supplier capacity, capabilities, material flow, and inventory requirements.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to improve supplier and program performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain professionals.
• Support compliance with applicable government contracting and procurement requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of Supply Chain Management experience.
• 5+ years of Subcontracts experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS).
• 3+ years of Aerospace & Defense industry experience.
• Proven leadership and team-management experience.
• Strong supplier management, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts, schedules, and program performance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with FFP, FPIF, T&M, Labor Hour, and Cost-Plus contracts.
• Lean Six Sigma experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with strategic sourcing and supplier performance improvement.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and problem-solving abilities.
