Job Description

Manpower Permanent Placement is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients, an international financial institution based in Luxembourg, for a permanent position as an Operations Officer - Securities & Funds (M/F/X).

Your Mission

As part of the Operations team, you will be involved in the analysis and monitoring of financial products, with a particular focus on investment funds and structured products.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze prospectuses, term sheets, and security-related documentation
Support the onboarding and setup of new financial instruments
Control and validate securities data
Monitor investment funds and perform NAV checks
Manage corporate actions and coordinate with various market participants
Liaise with issuers, custodians, and other external stakeholders

Your Profile

Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in securities operations, investment funds, or financial markets
Good knowledge of Structured Products, Funds, and financial documentation
Strong understanding of Prospectuses and Term Sheets
Previous experience within the fund industry would be highly appreciated
Professional proficiency in English is essential
