Back Office Analyst - Treasury Operations (M/F/X)

Client Description:
Manpower is recruiting a Back Office Analyst - Treasury Operations for one of its clients in the financial sector, based in Luxembourg, for a temporary assignment.Job Description:
Your missions:

• Perform second-level controls based on the four-eyes principle for funding, treasury and derivative transactions
  
• Validate and control financial market instruments, including bonds, derivatives, foreign exchange and money market transactions
  
• Ensure accurate and timely EMIR regulatory reporting
  
• Monitor and validate coupon fixing activities
  
• Perform verification and validation of money market, securities and derivatives transactions
  
• Manage the sending and control of SWIFT messages
  
• Carry out reconciliations and maintain accurate operational documentation and audit trails
  
• Contribute to process improvements and digital transformation initiatives within treasury operations
  
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and compliance with procedures
  
• Support the team in meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality
  

Candidate Profile:
Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury operations, banking operations, back-office functions or financial markets
  
• Good knowledge of financial instruments, including bonds, derivatives, foreign exchange and money market products
  
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (such as Wall Street Suite, ION or similar platforms) is considered an asset
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  
• Basic knowledge of SWIFT standards and/or ISO 20022 messaging is an advantage
  
• Strong reconciliation, documentation and operational control skills
  
• Highly detail-oriented with excellent accuracy and organisational skills
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  
• Interest in technology, process optimisation and AI-driven solutions
  
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment
  
• Excellent command of English
