Manual Testers

Required Skills:

• Comfortable with mobile and wearable devices (smartphones, smartwatches, tablets)
• Finance/payments domain background preferred
• Strong soft skills and excellent documentation ability
• Ability to understand and execute complex test cases and ramp up quickly

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end (E2E) validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for digital wallet/payment services, coordinating release readiness with stakeholders to ensure seamless feature launches
• Verify functionality across mobile, desktop, and wearable ecosystems, ensuring compatibility across multiple device generations
• Triage automated test failures using AI-driven tools to distinguish between product defects and environmental issues, ensuring only valid bugs are escalated
• Execute comprehensive functional and regression test suites, including data validation for payment processing workflows
• Manage the full defect lifecycle, from initial documentation of bugs and enhancements to final verification and closure
• Maintain complex test environments by configuring physical payment terminals and mobile devices across diverse OS versions
