Healthcare IT Product Manager

Abbott Laboratories seeks an IT Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital products supporting biotechnology and pharmaceutical operations. You will gather and prioritize requirements from global stakeholders, translate business needs into technical user stories, and partner with engineering, data, and QA teams to deliver secure, compliant, scalable solutions. Responsibilities include backlog ownership, release planning, vendor coordination, and performance measurement. Responsibilities

• Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for healthcare IT products supporting biotech and pharma operations
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from global business and clinical stakeholders
• Translate business needs into technical user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
• Own and manage the product backlog, release plans, and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with software development, data, UX, and QA teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
• Ensure products meet regulatory, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards in healthcare
• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT to integrate platforms and services
• Champion user-centric design and adoption through training, documentation, and change management
• Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and cross-functional partners
