Title :Senior Product Manager - Data and Analytics

Location : Remote 

Duration : 6 months

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in data, analytics, and recommendation/personalization products. This person should have started their career in a data-focused area such as Data Science, Analytics, or Decision Science and later moved into true Product Management with ownership from concept through launch.

Must-haves:

• 10+ years of overall professional experience
• Strong end-to-end Product Management experience
• Background in Data Science, Analytics, Decision Science, or similar
• Experience owning data-driven products
• Hands-on experience partnering with Data Science and Data Engineering teams
• Strong understanding of analytics, experimentation, testing, and model-driven products
• Experience building or managing a recommendation / personalization system
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in Consumer Directed Health, healthcare, or benefits technology

Nice to have:

• Benefits decision-support / personalized guidance platforms
• Employee benefits technology experience
• AI/ML or agentic AI product experience
• Exposure to platforms such as Nia or Jellyvision
