Role: Full Stack Developer with Generative AI

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ

Duration: Contract/FTE

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack developer with Generative AI knowledge.

Candidate should have 12+ years in software engineering, front-end and back-end application development, cloud application development, and AI-powered solution design.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python-based application development, React.js, Generative AI capabilities, and Microsoft Azure cloud services.

The candidate should contribute to the development, testing, deployment, and optimization of intelligent applications using OpenAI APIs, Azure AI services, and modern front-end technologies.

The role requires strong technical capability, problem solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and backend services.

·       Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions using OpenAI APIs and Azure OpenAI Service.

·       Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js.

·       Integrate React.js applications with REST APIs and backend services.

·       Implement AI-driven features using prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

·       Build and maintain APIs and application integrations with third-party services.

·       Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.

·       Work with Azure services including: o Azure OpenAI Service o Azure AI Services o Azure Web Apps o Azure Blob Storage o Azure Key Vault o Azure SQL Database o Azure Monitor / Application Insights o Azure Document Intelligence

·       Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following software engineering best practices.

·       Perform unit testing, debugging, profiling, and performance tuning.

·       Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, architecture, QA, and business stakeholders.

·       Support deployment activities, application monitoring, incident triage, and production issue resolution.

·       Stay informed about evolving trends in Generative AI and Azure technologies.

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.

·       Experience developing front-end applications using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

·       Experience developing REST APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

·       Hands-on experience with OpenAI API integration and/or Azure OpenAI Service, including Large Language Models (LLMs),Prompt engineering, Embeddings, Vector search concepts, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG),Model interaction patterns and response validation

·       Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services.

·       Understanding of JSON, REST APIs, authentication, and service integrations.

·       Proficiency in SQL and database interaction concepts.

·       Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

·       Exposure to Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.

·       Ability to debug application issues and implement secure, scalable solutions.

·       Understanding of Docker and container-based deployment. Experience with deployment automation and monitoring in cloud environments.

·       Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills.
