ETL Developer

The following requirement is open with our client.               

Title                                     : ETL Developer

Location                             : Tampa, FL (Onsite)

Pay Rate                            : $45/hr - $53/hr on C2C

Duration                            : 6 Months

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.): 4+yrs.

Role Descriptions:

Strong Genesys Cloud development experience, including Architect flows, bots, and Data Actions.
• Experience building chatbots and virtual agents, including intents, conversation flows, and escalation to live agents.
• Familiarity with Genesys AI Studio and agentic virtual agents, with the ability to learn and evaluate new capabilities.
• Experience integrating Genesys Cloud with ServiceNow for knowledge retrieval, ticket creation, and workflow automation.
• Strong REST API integration skills, including OAuth, JSON, webhooks, error handling, and troubleshooting.
• Optional - Practical programming skills in Python or JavaScript for custom connectors, integrations, and AI tools.
• Experience connecting and maintaining knowledge sources, validating responses, and improving chatbot accuracy.
• Understanding of enterprise security, including SSO, role-based access, credential management, and protection of sensitive data.
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot solutions, distinguish bot or integration issues from platform issues, and document support procedures.
• Ability to work independently, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and collaborate with our US team.

•An experienced ETL Developer to design| develop| and maintain robust ETL pipelines that support enterprise data integration| data warehousing| and analytics initiatives.

•The candidate will collaborate with data architects| analysts| and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality data delivery.

•Key ResponsibilitiesDesign| develop| and maintain ETL workflows| mappings| and processes to support data ingestion and transformation.

•Work on ETL tools such as Informatica| Talend| SSIS| DataStage| Matillion| or equivalent.Build and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.Perform data extraction from multiple sourcesSQL databases| flat files| APIs| cloud storage| etc.Implement complex data transformations
