IT Systems & Network Support Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Support desktops, laptops, and Microsoft 365 environments
• Troubleshoot user, system, and basic network issues (DNS, DHCP, connectivity)
• Assist with switches, wireless, VoIP, and monitoring tools
• Manage tickets (ServiceNow) and support IT projects
• Partner with vendors and senior engineers on escalations

What You Bring

• 4–6 years IT experience (desktop + some network exposure)
• Strong troubleshooting + customer-facing skills
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
• Experience with Windows + M365

Network+ or Cisco exposure is a plus
