The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs directly to customers at their location.
• Handle a variety of servicing, diagnostic, and repair tasks with independence.
• Manage your own stock, conduct reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Represent the company's values and service standards on every customer interaction.
• Potentially manage stock and administrative tasks within your mobile unit.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to build rapport.
• Ability to think on your feet and make independent decisions.
