Jr Electrical Engineer
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer for a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA. This position supports the Substation Design Team with design and field commissioning tasks. The role involves configuring substation-based integration equipment and developing hardware and software for SCADA monitoring and data access.
Key Responsibilities

• Support Design and Field Commissioning personnel within the Substation Design Team.
• Responsible for substation-based integration equipment configurations that adhere to company standards and NEC.
• Develop RTU and HMI hardware/software to allow SCADA monitoring and analytical access to data from substation equipment.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and work independently as required.
• Build and maintain professional relationships.

Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree is required. An Electrical Engineering degree is preferred, but a Mechanical Engineering degree will be considered.
Experience: This is an entry-level position suitable for entry level candidates or candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of SCADA/HMI hardware/software.
• Programming experience in languages such as C, C++, Basic, or Java
