This full-time, direct-hire placement seeks a talented Electrical Engineer across intermediate, senior, or principal levels, determined by depth of expertise. What You'll Do

• Architect, build, evaluate, and validate advanced hardware solutions focusing on Analog Circuit Design, Mixed Signal, and Motion Control.

• Own complete product lifecycles, navigating every stage from initial specifications and architecture through rigorous verification and manufacturing support.

• Execute comprehensive circuit simulations, bench testing, hardware troubleshooting, and performance refinement.

• Partner with multidisciplinary engineering groups to ship robust designs on aggressive timelines.

• Enhance legacy systems while pioneering next-generation product initiatives and process optimization efforts.

• Guide junior team members, steer technical direction, and inform strategic project planning for senior and principal appointees.

What You Bring

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, with a Master of Science preferred for senior-level candidates.

• Minimum of three years of engineering experience, scaling to seven-plus years for senior levels and fifteen-plus years for principal roles.

• Demonstrated mastery in Analog Circuit Design and Mixed Signal engineering, encompassing data converters, signal conditioning, amplifiers, filters, oscillators, and control loops.

• Extensive background in Power Electronics, featuring switched-mode power supplies, inverters, and motor drives built upon MOSFET, IGBT, SiC, or GaN technologies.

• Comprehensive understanding of Motion Control systems, including brushless direct current motor operations, feedback transducers like LVDT, resolvers, and optical encoders, alongside core control theory.

• Hands-on proficiency using circuit simulation applications and design software such as LTspice, PSpice, OrCAD, and Allegro.

• Working knowledge of thermal management, electromagnetic interference mitigation, product reliability, and worst-case circuit analysis.

• United States Person status or the verified ability to obtain required export control authorizations.

Compensation & Total Rewards

Annual salary range of $130,000 to $200,000 (US Dollars).
