Domino’s General Manager

Job Summary

The General Manager oversees daily store operations, leads the team, and ensures excellent customer service, food quality, and efficient delivery. This role is responsible for staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, financial performance, and maintaining company standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and assistant managers.
• Create schedules that support business needs and control labor costs.
• Oversee food preparation, order accuracy, delivery operations, and customer service.
• Monitor sales, food costs, labor, and overall store profitability.
• Manage inventory, product ordering, portion control, and waste.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, deposits, and store records.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and applicable employment requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and properly functioning equipment.
• Lead by example and build a positive, accountable team.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and cost control.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform essential duties, with reasonable accommodation as needed.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: $1,000–$1,100 per week (salary), plus a period profit bonus that includes cost control and service incentives, plus separate bonuses for high inspection scores from NSF and Domino's.
• Benefits: Full-time management team members are eligible for co-pay health insurance. General Managers get 1 week of paid vacation per year.
• Training and opportunities to advance into multi-store leadership and operations roles.
