The Role

• Provide expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location.
• Conduct a variety of services including repairs, checks, and routine maintenance.
• Manage personal stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Work independently, making sound judgments to resolve automotive issues.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and excellent customer service skills.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• A full UK driving license with fewer than 6 points.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Excellent customer-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
