The Role

• Perform expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services on-site for customers.
• Deliver first-class service, representing the company with pride and professionalism.
• Manage stock, complete reports, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Handle a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs.
• Work independently, making sound judgments for customer solutions.
• Be a key point of contact for customers, providing advice and building trust.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and solve problems independently.
