Compensation & Benefits
$18 $20 per hour base pay, plus performance-based commissions and bonuses
Estimated total earning potential of $40,000 $55,000+ annually

Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to State Farm customers
Answer questions regarding policies, coverages, billing, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, and claims
Establish strong customer relationships and follow up as needed
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
Develop leads, schedule appointments, and assist with sales opportunities
Conduct customer-focused, needs-based conversations
Maintain accurate customer information and follow agency procedures
Work toward individual and team service and sales goals
Qualifications
Required:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
Ability to multitask and manage customer needs in a timely manner
Preferred:
Previous insurance customer service or sales experience
Life & Health license
Experience working with State Farm or another insurance agency
Proven track record of meeting sales goals or quotas
Experience with insurance quoting, policy servicing, or customer retention
