Job Description
We’re looking for a driven individual who is passionate about helping others to become our next Hearing Care Professional. We hire individuals from a variety of backgrounds and industries and help them grow from Sales Trainee to Hearing Care Professional through a comprehensive paid training program. This is a rewarding, consultative sales opportunity with strong earning potential, all while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

As a Sales Trainee, you will learn how to

Develop strong consultative sales and closing skills
Meet with customers in-person to discuss their hearing concerns and hearing loss.

Believe sales is about solving problems, not pushing products
Are confident building relationships and asking for commitment
Value accountability, personal growth, and continuous improvement
Minimum of a high school diploma / an associate’s degree or equivalent
~ Commitment to completing training program and obtaining license
~2+ years of sales experience (healthcare, retail, or consultative sales)
~ Strong closing and relationship-building skills with high level of care for individuals
~ Ability to work independently and manage daily performance metrics
~ Flexibility to travel between clinic locations on select days
Standard Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM (occasional evenings)
