Job Description

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst experience.
  • Strong Financial Services background.
  • Experience supporting one or more of:
    • Back Office Operations
    • Global Business Finance
    • Controllers
    • Treasury
    • Investment Operations
    • Finance Operations
  • Experience with:
    • Cash Reconciliation
    • Position Reconciliation
    • Financial Controls
    • Operational Controls
    • Financial Close
    • Exception Management
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience creating product roadmaps, managing backlogs, and Agile delivery.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Gemini.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Wealth Management or Asset Management experience.
  • Experience with:
    • Geneva
    • Arcesium
    • Investran
    • Kyriba
    • SimCorp
    • Aladdin
    • Eagle Investment Systems
  • Experience working with Fund Administrators or Investment Operations teams.
  • Treasury or Controller organization experience.
  • Experience with Finance Transformation initiatives.
  • Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
