Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Manager with a deep background in Capital Markets to lead the vision, strategy, and continuous evolution of our Salesforce platform (Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud). In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders—including investment bankers, portfolio managers, trader ops, and compliance teams—and technical engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for Salesforce capabilities tailored to investment banking, asset management, and capital markets workflows.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with front-office business units, compliance, risk, and operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and functional specs.
Feature Execution: Lead agile execution (sprints, grooming, backlog prioritization) alongside architects, developers, and Salesforce administrators to deploy custom objects, Apex/Lightning Web Components, integrations, and automation tools (Flows).
Integrations & Data Governance: Oversee integrations between Salesforce and financial data providers (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv), trade execution management platforms, and internal enterprise data warehouses.
Change Management & Adoption: Drive user adoption, design user training frameworks, and establish governance best practices across business units.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience focused on Salesforce platforms within Financial Services or Capital Markets.
Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of capital markets domain concepts (deal pipelines, client onboarding/KYC, research distribution, trade lifecycle, fund structures, or investor relations).
Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware like MuleSoft).
Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
Communication: Excellent analytical, project management, and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to engage executive stakeholders.
