The Role

• Drive new business development within an assigned territory through proactive prospecting and lead qualification.
• Conduct on-site assessments and deliver compelling presentations for comprehensive service programs.
• Develop and close multi-year service agreements, managing the full sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate client data and sales activities within the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales performance targets.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial supply or facility services.
• A proven history of exceeding sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.
• A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach to sales.
• Openness to coaching and continuous learning to refine sales techniques.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle.
