Job Description

Position: Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

Hiring: Fulltime with Hexaware Technologies

 

JD:

  • Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end architecture, including system integration, data migration, security model, governance, and enterprise solution design.
  • Define Salesforce technical architecture, application landscape, integration patterns, and best practices for complex enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide architecture oversight for Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, MuleSoft, and third-party integrations.
  • Establish Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, release management, environment strategy, and platform optimization standards.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code quality assessments, performance tuning, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor development teams, enforce Salesforce design standards, and drive adoption of Salesforce platform capabilities and emerging technologies.

 

Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect (preferred), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator; Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) highly preferred.
