Exciting opportunity! We're partnering with a leading client to find a seasoned Scrum Master to join their team. This is a chance to lead Agile delivery on enterprise-scale technology programs where the stakes and visibility are real. You'll guide teams through complex, high-value initiatives touching financial operations and supply chain, working alongside leadership that expects sharp facilitation and clear-eyed execution. Location: Palm Beach County, Florida On-site.

Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.

• Run sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews for one or more high-performing teams.
• Coach Product Owners and stakeholders on Agile principles that actually stick.
• Keep velocity, burn-down, and sprint goals visible and honest.
• Bridge hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery models, including stage-gate governance.
• Clear risks, dependencies, and impediments across multiple work streams.
• Turn delivery status into insights leadership and Steering Committee can act on.

• 5+ years working as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach on enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Experience guiding teams through large-scale ERP implementations, system integrations, or digital transformations.
• CSM or PSM I/II certification.
• Hands-on comfort with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or VersionOne.
• Working knowledge of Waterfall or phase-gate methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Background in regulated industries such as utilities, energy, or finance.
• Exposure to Financial Operations programs (AP/invoice processing, financial close, audit-related tech).
• Exposure to Supply Chain programs (procurement, materials management, or ERP-integrated planning platforms like SAP MM/WM, Kinaxis, or GEP).
• Advanced certifications such as SAFe Agilist (SA), SPC, CSP-SM, A-CSM, or ICP-ACC.
• Change management or organizational development experience.
• Track record supporting initiatives valued at $50M or more.
