Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong AWS/cloud background to support Agile delivery teams working on cloud-based applications and infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with engineering, DevOps, product, and business teams and have a solid understanding of AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Coach teams on Agile/Scrum best practices and continuous improvement
  • Remove impediments and help teams resolve delivery risks and dependencies
  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog
  • Track sprint progress, velocity, risks, issues, and delivery commitments
  • Coordinate across application, DevOps, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams
  • Support delivery of AWS-based projects and cloud migration initiatives
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Help manage dependencies across multiple Scrum teams
  • Drive release planning and ensure transparency of project status
  • Support Agile metrics and reporting using tools such as Jira and Confluence

Required Skills

  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master
  • Hands-on experience supporting AWS/cloud projects
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, ECS/EKS
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure, and cloud migration concepts
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

  • Certified ScrumMaster CSM, PSM, or equivalent
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Associate-level certification
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform, Kubernetes, or Docker
  • Experience in enterprise cloud modernization or migration programs
  • Experience working in regulated or government environments
