Attorney - Insurance Defense

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Required: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; Active New Jersey law license; 3-8 years of insurance defense litigation experience; experience independently managing litigation matters; experience handling pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice; strong legal research/writing and oral advocacy skills.
Strong Plus: New Jersey automobile liability defense experience; experience representing insurance carriers or self-insured entities; arbitration/mediation/trial/ courtroom experience; premises liability experience; existing relationships with insurance carriers or claims professionals.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Flexible hybrid — new attorneys generally expected 2-3 days/week in the Jersey City office initially, loosely enforced.
