Job Description
We are looking to recruit an experienced Data Engineer who has experience working on the Migration of data into im Microsoft Fabric. This will reauire a detailed understanding of SQL Server based BI envorinments. In addition experience including in a Cloud environment, ideally Azure using ADF and / or Data Bricks would be an advantage.
To be a success in this role you will be able to show a wealth of knowledge and experience as a SQL Data Engineer ideally on a Cloud data platform using ADF or a similar product. The real key is that you have experience migrating to MS Fabric. This will enable you to add real value to the team and organisation during the implementation and ongoing exploitation of the Fabric functionality. You will have the opportunity to play a key role in improving data quality and data standards in an environment were effective data management is core to delivering real value.
Experience of migrating data from legacy SQL and Power BI environments to Fabric is the key for this role.
The role is hybrid with 2 days per week in our clients Leeds office.
