Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Reltio MDM data models, entities, hierarchies, relationships, and reference data.
• Configure and optimize match, merge, survivorship, and data quality rules within Reltio.
• Develop and support integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
• Build and maintain RIH recipes, connectors, mappings, transformations, workflows, and error-handling processes.
• Integrate Reltio with enterprise applications through REST APIs, JSON, XML, flat files, and event-based integrations.
• Support batch, real-time, and event-driven integration solutions.
• Perform data migration, onboarding, reconciliation, validation, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, business analysts, and healthcare stakeholders to implement scalable MDM solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures, performance issues, and data quality concerns.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and operational best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Integration, or related technologies.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Reltio MDM.
• Strong experience implementing and supporting Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
• Expertise in:
  • Data Modeling
  • Match & Merge Configuration
  • Survivorship Rules
  • Golden Record Management
  • Data Stewardship
• Strong knowledge of:
  • REST APIs
  • JSON
  • XML
  • SQL
• Experience with batch, real-time, and event-driven integration architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Healthcare Domain Experience (Highly Preferred)

Candidates with experience supporting healthcare organizations and managing healthcare master data domains are strongly preferred.
