SAP PP Consultant / Lead

We are looking for a Senior SAP PP Consultant / Lead with 12+ years of overall SAP experience and strong hands-on expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP PP implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support.
• Design and configure SAP PP solutions based on business requirements.
• Strong expertise in MRP, Production Orders, BOM, Work Centers, Routing, Capacity Planning, and Shop Floor processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Lead integration with SAP MM, SD, QM, WM/EWM, and FI/CO.
• Provide functional leadership, mentor team members, and resolve complex production planning issues.
• Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and solution documentation.
• Support S/4HANA transformation and optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of overall SAP experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP PP experience.
• Proven experience in SAP PP implementation and/or lead roles.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing and production planning processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
