Job Description

Design and support MES solutions integrated with SAP ERP/S/4HANA for automotive manufacturing.
Integrate MES with SAP PP, MM, QM, and EWM for production processes.
Manage SAP MES integration for production orders, material movements, confirmations, quality, inventory, and master data.
Integrate MES with PLCs, SCADA, machines, and shop-floor systems for real-time production data.
Configure MES workflows supporting production execution, assembly, traceability, genealogy, quality, and work instructions.
Translate manufacturing requirements into MES functional and technical designs.
Troubleshoot MES SAP PLC integration issues and data-flow problems.
Work with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, web services, and messaging technologies.
Support MES implementations, upgrades, testing, deployment, and production operations.
Design vehicle/part traceability and genealogy solutions for automotive manufacturing.
Define integration architecture, interfaces, data models, and technical standards.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, SAP, and plant operations teams.
Provide technical leadership for MES, SAP, and shop-floor integration initiatives.
