Job Description

  • Required Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or technology architecture.
  • Strong expertise in AWS cloud architecture and cloud-native application development.
  • Hands-on experience with Claude / Anthropic or comparable LLM technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
  • Strong DevSecOps experience with CI/CD, automated security testing, infrastructure as code, and cloud security.
  • Experience with Python and/or Java.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, containers, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Terraform/CloudFormation and Git-based development workflows.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM, encryption, networking, monitoring, and compliance.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Amazon Bedrock and Anthropic Claude.
  • Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/EKS.
  • Experience implementing AI governance, guardrails, model evaluation, and responsible AI.
  • Banking, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience.
  • Strong communication, architecture documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
