Title: AI Engineer with Copilot Studio

Employment Type: Contract | Hybrid (Min 3 Days Onsite)

Compensation:
Pay Range: $45.27-$64.67 Per HR

Job Summary:
• A major financial services firm seeks a senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems. 
• This role is centered on next-generation AI solutions powered by retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and modern orchestration frameworks, with a strong governance component.

Required:
• Master''s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field
• Strong Python proficiency; experience building scalable AI/ML systems and APIs/microservices
• Hands-on Copilot Studio experience (key differentiator)
• Agentic AI frameworks: LangGraph, Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Advanced RAG architectures including Graph RAG
• LLM orchestration: LangChain, LlamaIndex
• Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Azure AI Search)
• Model Risk Management (MRM): governance, validation, explainability, bias detection, monitoring
• Deploying containerized applications on OpenShift/Kubernetes with CI/CD
• Vulnerability remediation in Python dependencies and container images

Preferred:
• ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn
• Agent memory architectures (short-term, long-term, episodic)
• AI safety and alignment techniques: guardrails, human-in-the-loop, bias mitigation
• Angular front-end integration
