The Role

• Enthusiastically guide customers, providing knowledgeable and service-oriented advice to create memorable shopping experiences.
• Ensure the store maintains a consistently clean, organized, and inviting appearance.
• Creatively and effectively implement sales promotion initiatives.
• Actively participate in all in-store activities, including stocking, pricing, and operating the cash register.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a background in retail with some professional experience, or a strong motivation to learn as a new entrant.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people, and an independent, efficient work style.
• Demonstrated team spirit, flexibility, and a high level of reliability.
• A passion for or interest in motorcycles is a significant plus.
