The Role

• Engage customers with expert advice and exceptional service at the fresh goods counter (meat, sausage, cheese, delicatessen).
• Create appealing displays and unique culinary creations.
• Prepare and refine products with care and precision.
• Implement sales-promoting initiatives and visual merchandising.
• Ensure product freshness, exquisite presentation, and adherence to hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship or professional experience in the food retail or gastronomy sector.
• Or, experience handling food and a strong willingness to learn as a career changer.
• Genuine interest in preparing and processing fresh meat and goods.
• Enthusiasm for customer interaction and a passion for retail.
• Strong customer orientation, communication skills, team spirit, and responsibility.
• Flexibility to work in a shift model.
