PERMANENT RESIDENT / CITIZEN / ONLY

o MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
§ 10 years of experience in Data Science, with a strong focus on business-facing product analytics; financial products experience is a plus
§ Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; experience querying and extracting data from big data environments (Spark) highly desirable
§ Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, including control group setup and efficacy measurement
§ Working knowledge of when and how to apply AI/LLM capabilities to business problems, with the ability to communicate those recommendations to business partners (this is not a deep ML/AI engineering role)
§ Strong critical thinking skills, able to take an ambiguous problem statement and break it down into smaller, actionable steps
§ Demonstrated experience applying statistical rigor and machine learning techniques to derive insights from large, complex data sets
§ Strong communication and presentation skills
§ Self-starter who can drive projects with little supervision
o PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
§ Proficiency with Tableau or similar BI/visualization tools
§ Equal parts business and technical savvy
