Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a “Business Solutions Analyst"
 
Position type: Full-time Contract (W2)
Role: “Business Solutions Analyst”
Duration: 6+ months Contract
Location : Tampa, FL/Nashville, TN office 3 days a week from Tuesday to Thursday
 
Minimum Years of Experience: 10+ Years

Must have required skills – “ADO/queries/dashboards/owning all agile ceremonies/owning backlog e2e/AI usage for reports”

Details:
  1. Work Location Requirement
    • Must be willing to work onsite from the Tampa or Nashville office three days per week (Tuesday through Thursday).

    • Proven experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams across regions such as India, the United States, and Europe.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate customer, user, and business outcomes.
    • Experience measuring product success through metrics, assessing business impact, and effectively communicating findings and insights to stakeholders and product communities.
    • Able to provide examples of how success metrics were defined, tracked, and shared.

    • Passionate about continuously developing product management capabilities and embracing modern product practices.
    • Naturally curious, eager to learn, and motivated to solve complex problems with simple, customer-focused solutions.

  3. Cross-Functional Discovery and Delivery Experience
    • Experience partnering with customers, engineering, UX/design, delivery teams, and other stakeholders throughout product discovery and delivery.
    • Skilled at incorporating diverse perspectives to make balanced decisions based on feasibility, usability, customer value, and business viability.
  4. Modern Product Development Practices
    • Familiarity with modern product discovery and delivery methods focused on maximizing customer and business outcomes while minimizing unnecessary work.
    • Understanding of product lifecycle stages such as Concept, Define, Solution, Build, and Scale.
    • Knowledge of practices that promote learning, continuous improvement, team collaboration, engagement, and psychological safety.
  5. Business Acumen and Learning Agility
    • Quick learner with the ability to rapidly develop expertise in new business domains.
    • Capable of acting as a trusted proxy for business stakeholders by building strong domain knowledge.
    • Comfortable collaborating across multiple functions, including engineering, design, finance, marketing, sales, compliance, and security.
  6. Strong Communication Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Skilled at presenting ideas, building compelling narratives, and supporting recommendations with clear evidence and logical reasoning.
    • Able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $40 - $50/- per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
