AI Solutions Architect AI & Data Melbourne, VIC (Hybrid)

Overview

Design and implement the AI-powered capabilities across our product suite - from OzlerScribe's voice-to-documentation engine to intelligent compliance gap analysis. You'll own the AI architecture end-to-end.

What you'll do

• Architect and deploy LLM-based pipelines for document generation, classification, and analysis
• Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems grounded in Australian regulatory frameworks
• Evaluate, fine-tune, and benchmark models for accuracy, latency, and cost
• Collaborate with product and compliance teams to ensure AI outputs meet regulatory standards
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI safety

What you need

• Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years experience building production ML/AI systems
• Deep hands on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open source models)
• Strong Python skills; experience with LangChain, vector databases, and cloud ML infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills - able to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders
