Description
The Human Resources Clerk provides accurate and timely administrative support to complete a compliance-related electronic filing, document scanning, and personnel records organization.
Business Hours
Monday – Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Based upon business needs, this position will require flexibility to work a varied work schedule, during regular business hours.
Anaheim Hills CA with the opportunity to work on a hybrid-remote schedule which consists of 2 days in-office and 3 days working remote from home.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous administrative, clerical, records-management, data-entry, scanning, or document-filing experience.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to manage assigned work independently while escalating questions appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Administrative experience in Human Resources.
Familiarity with DocuSign, Paylocity, shared network drives, or comparable document-management and HR information systems.
Skills and Abilities
Proficient in using all applicable MS Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
Ability to organize and accurately process a high volume of documents.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to recognize errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain consistent file names, document formats, folder structures, and indexing practices across electronic personnel records. Scan, review, rename, and file paper HR documents in the appropriate electronic personnel folders using established naming and indexing conventions. Process the DocuSign and shared-drive filing. Transfer documents from Paylocity into electronic personnel files, including performance reviews, onboarding documents, and other personnel records.
Identify duplicate, incomplete, incorrectly named, or potentially misfiled documents and escalate questions to the assigned HRBP before taking further action. Shred physical files and records following scanning and organizing. Maintain an orderly and secure workspace while handling physical personnel records and boxed documents. Document corrections, exceptions, or unusual records issues. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personnel records and all other information encountered during the assignment.
Provide accurate progress updates and raise potential delays, access issues, equipment problems, or workflow concerns promptly. Complete understanding and active application the C.A.R.E. 4 Guide expectations and the Brand Communications Standards Accountability Philosophy. Target pay range:
$20.00–$25.00/hour*
