Are you naturally curious, great at building relationships and always looking for ways to improve how things are done?

We're looking for a Loss Prevention Specialist to help protect our people, product and profit across our retail store network. This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same. You'll partner with Retail Operations, Inventory, Finance and Store Teams to identify risks, investigate incidents and support stores with practical solutions that reduce loss.

Whether your background is in stocktake and inventory management, retail operations, compliance, audit, investigations or loss prevention, we're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, influencing others and driving continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting loss prevention and compliance audits across our store network

  • Supporting and leading internal and external investigations

  • Reviewing inventory movements, exception reporting and incident data to identify risks and emerging trends

  • Partnering with stores to reduce shrinkage and improve stock accuracy

  • Delivering training, coaching and education to retail teams on loss prevention best practice

  • Assessing store security measures including CCTV, alarms and other security controls

  • Supporting stores through incidents and providing clear reporting and recommendations

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Retail Operations, Inventory, Finance and Support Teams

What you'll bring

  • Experience in retail/retail operations, inventory control, stocktake, compliance, audit or loss prevention

  • A proactive mindset and the confidence to identify issues and drive solutions

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and influence others

  • Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset

  • Strong planning, coordination and organisational skills

  • The ability to analyse information and spot trends or inconsistencies

  • A collaborative approach and willingness to partner across multiple teams

  • High attention to detail and a structured approach to managing priorities

  • Health & wellbeing programs, hybrid, and flexible working.

  • A collaborative culture with a genuine commitment to sustainability and community.

  • Learn and Grow opportunities to support your development and career.

  • Generous discounts across our much-loved Hanes brands, including Bras N Things, Bonds, Sheridan and Berlei.
