Mid-Level Network Security Engineer NOC & Managed Services

Balance Recruitment and Balance Consulting seeks a Mid-Level Network Security Engineer to join its NOC/Managed Services team in Sydney. You will monitor, support and maintain customer network and security infra, resolve incidents, and drive service quality during standard hours with one on-call week every 5-6 weeks.

You will work with Fortinet FortiGate, Cisco routing/switching and ITIL processes, while contributing to post-incident reporting and knowledge sharing.
