Integration Developer/Analyst

Description
We are seeking an Integration Developer/Analyst to help develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between enterprise applications and third-party systems. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in system integration, APIs, data transformation, and SQL who is eager to learn new technologies and grow their technical skills.
You will collaborate with technical teams, business users, and external vendors to understand integration needs, map data, resolve issues, and ensure information flows accurately and securely between systems. Experience with Boomi is not required; training and knowledge sharing will help you learn the platform.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between enterprise applications and external systems.
• Learn and work with the Boomi integration platform to support data flows and integration processes.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and vendor-provided data files.
• Map, transform, and validate data to ensure accurate information exchange between systems.
• Use Postman and similar tools to test APIs and troubleshoot integration issues.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and database functions.
• Use JavaScript or Python to support scripting, automation, and custom integration logic.
• Collaborate with internal business users to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and technical teams to resolve integration issues.
• Document integration processes, requirements, and solutions.
• Follow data security practices and support secure data exchange.

Requirements
Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in integration development, ETL, API development, or a related technical role.
• Experience working with system integrations, data mapping, transformation, or data flows.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Strong SQL skills, including queries, stored procedures, functions, and data troubleshooting.
• Experience with JavaScript, Python, or another scripting language.
• Basic understanding of API security, authentication, and secure data exchange.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to learn Boomi from the ground up.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with an integration or middleware platform such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or a similar solution.
• Exposure to ETL processes, data pipelines, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory or Azure API Management.
• Experience integrating third-party applications and working with external vendors.
• Understanding of API management, authentication methods, and integration security.
