Cloud Application Program Manager

Role : Cloud Application Program Manager
Location - Remote
Domain Experience  – healthcare experience

Responsbilities 

•  18+ years of overall industry experience with 8+ years leading large-scale cloud modernization programs.
•  Proven experience managing enterprise cloud application migration, modernization, and transformation initiatives across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
•  Experience working directly with client IT leadership, business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to drive strategic cloud programs.
•  Strong program management background managing multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, risks, budgets, and executive reporting.
•  Experience defining cloud strategy, adoption roadmaps, governance frameworks, operating models, and migration plans.
•  Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide application modernization initiatives involving cloud-native architectures, SaaS adoption, API integration, and legacy application transformation.
•  Experience managing large cross-functional teams including architecture, infrastructure, security, DevOps, application development, data, and operations teams.
•  Strong understanding of cloud governance, security, compliance, identity management, and risk management practices.
•  Experience driving Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies in large enterprise programs.
•  Ability to establish and monitor KPIs, program health metrics, executive dashboards, and steering committee reporting.
•  Experience managing vendors, consulting partners, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
•  Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills with proven ability to influence decisions at Director, VP, and CIO levels.
•  Experience with cloud migration planning, application portfolio assessment, dependency mapping, cutover planning, and operational readiness.
•  Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and cloud operations best practices.
•  Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, or other large enterprise environments is preferred.
•  PMP, SAFe, Scrum, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) are highly desirable.
