Growth & Creative Strategy Manager Creative Digital Agency

Experience required: Minimum 5 years at a digital marketing agency or creative consultancy.

We're looking for someone who has built brands, won pitches and enjoys solving business problems through marketing. Experience across social media, websites, branding, campaigns and digital strategy is essential.

An understanding of commercials, budgeting, proposals and P&L is a strong advantage.

Position: Full-time, hybrid (Lower Parel, Mumbai)

• Confident leading creative presentations and marketing pitches

• Able to independently structure marketing recommendations across branding, websites, campaigns, social media and digital growth
• Commercially aware and understand how to scope projects, prepare budgets and recommend the right services
• Naturally curious, organised and proactive

Job Role:

• Develop creative growth-oriented marketing strategies across branding, campaigns, websites, social media and digital media
• Lead new business strategy, proposal development, presentation and onboarding of new clients
• Partner with founders, creative teams and strategists to strengthen output and growth
• Develop & leverage upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Partnerships (freelance collective) strategy & development
• Marketing & brand growth suggestions for Paper Plane Tales
