How You Will Contribute

• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
• Conduct detailed analysis of cluster performance to make informed business decisionsimpactingprofitability
• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
• Attract,engageandretaintalent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
• Activelymaintaina safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
• Role modelCountry Road Group (CRG)cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning,ownershipand shared success
