Bids & Proposals Manager

Full time permanent role, hybrid work environment; can be based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

About the role

This newly created position supports the firm's growth by managing bid and proposal functions. You will work with Partners and all service and industry teams to qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and enhance bid processes and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Partners to prepare and project manage proposals, tenders, and presentations.
• Provide strategic input into tender responses, developing pricing strategies and value propositions.
• Run go/no go discussions prior to client pursuits.
• Facilitate tender debriefs with bid teams and, when appropriate, clients.
• Enhance bid management processes, technology, templates, content and credentials through Salesforce and brand management platforms.

Qualifications

• End to end bid management experience - minimum 5 years, preferably in professional services or B2B.
• Experience in business development, communications, or marketing considered a plus.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent writing skills - ability to translate technical services into plain language.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
