The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates has partnered with a premier enterprise client to identify a visionary technology leader for a high-impact, 6-month contract-to-hire engagement. Operating entirely remote within the United States, this role serves as the definitive bridge between high-level artificial intelligence strategies and practical, production-grade applications. By aligning with StaffRight Associates, you will spearhead the creation of robust architectural blueprints that embed cutting-edge cognitive capabilities directly into vital corporate ecosystems.

What You’ll Do

• Translate overarching enterprise artificial intelligence frameworks into actionable, physical design blueprints for cognitive technologies embedded within core corporate applications.

• Architect end-to-end solutions that seamlessly blend large language models and intelligent services into corporate platforms using structured interfaces, real-time messaging, and specialized coordination frameworks.

• Guide cross-functional engineering pods across the entire software development lifecycle, offering deep structural oversight on data ingestion workflows, input/output validation, and optimal model selection.

• Collaborate with business unit executives, foundational technology leaders, and key stakeholders to transform operational requirements into scalable systems that respect budgetary boundaries.

• Design comprehensive security protocols, strict compliance guardrails, and rigorous monitoring mechanisms to guarantee secure data handling, policy execution, and real-time risk mitigation.

• Partner with iterative delivery groups, core information platforms, and information security divisions to ensure all systems deliver maximum scalability, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.

• Evaluate diverse technical paths alongside subject matter experts, clearly communicating the trade-offs, value propositions, and alignment with foundational design principles.

• Research emerging market trends and technological shifts within the intelligent automation landscape, feeding critical intelligence back to core strategy groups to foster continuous innovation.

What You Bring

• Five Plus Years of dedicated experience across advanced software engineering and foundational system design (or Nine Plus Years combining advanced academic pursuits and direct professional experience).

• Generative AI Technologies, LLM Integration, and hands-on delivery of intelligent business systems inside matrixed corporate environments.

• Software Architecture Principles, modern deployment methodologies, cloud-native hosting environments, and multiple core programming languages.

• Data Architecture, API Design, Event Driven Architectures, and complex system integration frameworks that safeguard sensitive data movement.

• Agile Environments mastery, demonstrating a strong track record of consensus-building among diverse business and technical stakeholder communities.

• Solution Architecture problem-solving capabilities, with a proven knack for analyzing, documenting, and conveying intricate integration strategies against strict business limitations.

• AI Governance, Security Compliance, Observability Frameworks, and enterprise technology regulatory standards.

Compensation & Total Rewards

• Hourly Pay Range: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour (W2).
