We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to support the daily operations within a leading medical facility known for its specialized care and beautiful location on the Baltic Sea. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient administrative processes in the internal diagnostics department.

The Role

  • Manage comprehensive patient admissions, including administrative tasks, blood draws, vital sign documentation, and basic diagnostic procedures like ECG.
  • Independently handle all patient-related administrative tasks in a structured manner.
  • Proactively coordinate patient movements within the department, ensuring efficient and timely transitions.
  • Optimize resource utilization by managing materials and equipment economically.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams across various departments to ensure seamless patient care.

What You'll Need

  • Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) or equivalent 3-year vocational training.
