- Lead, schedule, train, and support employees working across warehouse and field assignments; set clear expectations and promote accountability.
- Coordinate staffing, equipment, vehicles, and other resources to support project schedules and maintain adequate warehouse coverage.
- Ensure equipment and inventory records are accurate, complete, and updated; lead periodic inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage company vehicle readiness, maintenance, documentation, and safe-use expectations.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical staff, vendors, and company leadership to resolve scheduling, equipment, facility, and personnel needs.
- Monitor operating efficiency, staffing needs, and costs; recommend practical improvements to warehouse processes and team performance.
- Support hiring, onboarding, employee development, performance management, timekeeping review, and other general operational responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience managing warehouse, logistics, field operations, inventory, or a similar operational environment.
- Practical understanding of warehouse organization, receiving, storage, inventory control, equipment staging, and workflow management.
- Experience with inventory tracking, asset management, receiving, or order fulfillment.
- Demonstrated experience supervising, training, scheduling, and coordinating employees.
- Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to handle routine, unexpected, and miscellaneous warehouse needs as they arise.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and employee assignments simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to create and maintain detailed spreadsheets, reports, schedules, and operational records.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate expectations clearly and hold employees accountable.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling equipment, purchase orders, asset records, and sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with deployment technicians, project managers, technical resources, and company leadership.
- Clean background check is required.
- Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience managing an IT hardware, computer deployment, electronics, or technical warehouse operation.
- Experience using barcode scanners, inventory-management software, asset-tracking databases, or similar systems.
- Experience developing inventory-counting procedures and investigating inventory discrepancies.
- Experience managing a team of employees including delegating, motivating, coaching, discipline, etc.
