Required Skills

  • Python: Strong hands-on development experience with Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, and backend services.

  • Generative AI & LLMs: Experience developing production applications using OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Amazon Bedrock, or other LLM providers.

  • Agentic AI: Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.

  • LLM Platform / LLMOps: Experience with LLM integrations, model serving, routing, caching, monitoring, and cost optimization.

  • RAG: Experience with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval pipelines.

  • Evaluation & Observability: Experience with LLM evaluation, tracing, guardrails, performance monitoring, and tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse, or Arize.

  • Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Terraform, and cloud-native deployments.

  • Enterprise Integrations: Experience developing APIs, tool-calling workflows, and integrating AI applications with enterprise systems.

Preferred Skills

  • LiteLLM or equivalent centralized LLM gateway experience.

  • Glean or Gemini Enterprise platform experience.

  • MCP (Model Context Protocol) development and integration.

  • Multi-agent orchestration and enterprise AI workflow automation.

  • LLM-as-a-Judge, golden datasets, and automated evaluation frameworks.

  • Experience with AI security, governance, and FinOps.
