Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with Supply Chain Management (SCM) experience to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions for supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Python, along with a good understanding of supply chain processes such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics, procurement, and supply chain planning.
The candidate will be responsible for developing intelligent AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, enhance decision-making, and optimize supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions for supply chain management and business operations.
  • Build predictive models for demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
  • Develop AI-powered solutions to improve procurement, logistics, distribution, and supply chain planning.
  • Apply machine learning and statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and identify business trends.
  • Develop Generative AI and LLM-based applications for supply chain automation and decision support.
  • Build intelligent agents and AI-driven workflows to automate supply chain processes.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data from ERP, SCM, and enterprise applications.
  • Develop data pipelines and integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems through APIs.
  • Collaborate with supply chain analysts, data engineers, business teams, and technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI for improving supply chain visibility, efficiency, and cost optimization.
  • Document technical solutions, model performance, and implementation processes.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering.
  • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, and vector databases.
  • Experience with data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience integrating AI applications with REST APIs and enterprise platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Supply Chain Management Experience

  • Experience working on AI/ML solutions within Supply Chain Management (SCM) environments.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
  • Experience developing predictive analytics solutions for supply chain planning and optimization.
  • Knowledge of ERP and supply chain platforms such as SAP, Oracle SCM, or similar enterprise systems.
  • Ability to translate supply chain business requirements into AI-driven technical solutions.

Experience

  • Experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or Generative AI development.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions for supply chain or related business operations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with distributed teams in a remote environment.
